The Premier Carolina Barn takes one of our most popular designs to the next level with upgraded construction, enhanced durability, and expanded loft storage. Available in widths from 8′ to 16′, the Premier Carolina Barn maximizes storage capacity while maintaining an open, functional interior below.
Tighter framing and a double top plate give the Premier Carolina Barn enhanced strength, stability, and structural integrity across every size. Designed for customers who demand more from their building, this upgraded frame delivers the durability and performance needed for years of dependable use.

As building sizes increase, so do the demands on the foundation. That’s why wider Pro Lofted Barn models feature heavier skid configurations, creating a more stable base and enhanced floor support. The result is a building engineered to handle larger footprints while maintaining the strength and durability customers expect.

Every Carolina Barn is coated with high quality exterior paint, LP lifetime siding and moisture barrier covered roofing offering a water tight complete roofing when installed with our 29 gauge metal roofing.
