Ready to purchase your building in full? Carolina Structures accepts cash, checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks at the time of purchase. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards with a 3% convenience fee. This is a simple option for customers who want to own their shed, cabin, or portable building from day one.
Reserve Your Building
50% Down Payment
With our 50% down payment option, you can pay 50% at signing and the remaining 50% when your building is delivered. This gives you a simple way to secure your building upfront while waiting to pay the remaining balance until delivery. Final payment can be made over the phone by calling the corporate office.
Flexible Monthly Payments
Rent-To-Own
Our rent-to-own option gives you the flexibility to get the building you need now while making monthly payments that lead to ownership. Choose from payment terms ranging from 24 to 72 months, with no credit check required for approval. At signing, you only need the first month’s rent and security deposit. Once your final rental payment is made, you’ll own the building.
Short-Term Flexibility
90 Days Same as Cash
The 90-days same as cash option allows you to divide your purchase amount over a 90-day term starting from the date of delivery. This is a great choice if you want to pay for your building upfront but prefer to split the cost into smaller rent-free payments instead of one large lump sum.
